Slip rings

Slip ring is an electromechanical device used to transfer electrical signals, power, data and fluid from a stationary structure to a rotating structure. It allows continuous and interrupted rotation of the rotating part while maintaining a connection with the stationary part.

Slip rings are primarily used in a wide range of equipment and systems that involve continuous rotation. Some of the main equipment and industries where slip rings find applications include: Cable reels, Packaging,Rotary table, Wind turbine, Machine tools, Automatic machines, Exhibit / display equipment, Medical, Pharmaceutical equipment,Robotics,Radar systems and etc.,

Yes, we’ve prepare all the spare parts for standard models(through bore slip slips, capsule slip rings, miniature slip rings,Ethernet slip ring) in stock, we will take about 3~5 days to assemble the slip ring.

It depends on the complexity of the design, normally the lead time for custom slip ring takes about 3~4 weeks.

Beyo Transfer’s standard models working speed is 200~300rpm, if you need high speed reach 5000rpm, please contact one of our Sales Support Representative to discuss your electrical requirements in detail.

Beyo Transfer’s BSW series is waterproof/dustproof slip ring, please contact one of our Sales Support Representative to get the brochure for waterproof/dustproof slip ring.

Flange connection
1. Align the mounting holes in the flange to mounting base and install flat washers and thread forming screws (NOT SUPPLIED) for plastic. Securely tighten screws.

2.Route the wiring and make the necessary connections. Do not allow the wiring to restrict free rotation of the slip ring.

3.Position a screw or dowel (not supplied) in the anti-rotation tab.

Shaft connection
1. Position the slip ring in the desired location and equally tighten both set screws to the shaft on each end of the union.

2.Route the wiring and make the necessary connections. Do not allow the wiring to restrict free rotation of the slip ring.

3.Position a screw or dowel (not supplied) in the anti-rotation tab.

Yes, most of our standard models can combine multiple circuits to get higher current in the slip ring. Kindly reach out one of our Sales Support Representative for more in-depth understanding of your specific application requirements.

Yes, Our standard slip rings and customized slip rings can run Profibus/EtherCAT/USB/Cat5/Cat6. Kindly contact our Sales Support Representative to discuss your electrical requirements in detail.

All Ethernet cables are terminated with Registered Jack 45 (RJ45) connectors.

Yes, cable lead length can be tailored according to your specific requirement, Kindly contact our Sales Support Representative to discuss your electrical requirements in detail.

Wire gauge varies by product and current. Generally, 1 amp are 28 AWG, 2 amps are 26 AWG, 5 amps are 22 AWG, 10 amps are 16 AWG, 15 amps are 16 AWG,15 amps are 14 AWG,25 amps are 12 AWG,30 amps are 10 AWG,50 amps are 8 AWG,

Yes, our combine RF slip ring can transfer electrical power and RF signal. Kindly contact our Sales Support Representative to discuss your electrical requirements in detail.

The working temperature for our standard model slip rings are -20℃~+80℃, the customized solution can reach -40℃~+200℃. Kindly contact one of our Sales Support Representative to discuss your electrical requirements in detail.

Rotary joints

A rotary joint is a mechanical device that allows to transfer signals or fluid from a stationary structure to a rotating structure. It enables the passage of various media, such as liquids, gases, or electrical signals, between two parts that are in relative rotational motion, without leakage or interruption.

A rotary joint functions by connecting a stationary input(supply)to a rotating parts, ensuring interrupted connectivity while enabling the unrestricted transfer of different media, such as solids, liquids and gases.

Radio frequency (RF) rotary joints are electro-mechanical devices that provide crucial interfaces between stationary and rotating sections of radar and other rotating systems. This interface allows signals to be transmitted back and forth between an antenna and ground components with little or no distortion. They commonly employed in applications that require continuous rotation while maintaining high-frequency signal transmission, such as radars, satellite communications systems, rotary antennas and other RF equipment.
